The Colombian Congress has been an important organ of deliberation and counterweight to the Executive in the last year. It is in this context that we have analyzed the legislative term of the Congress of the Republic in 2023-2024 and highlighted key factors such as the approval of the Pension Reform and the challenges faced in the Health Reform.
