Last Wednesday, September 4, Guillermo Francos presented the 140th Report of the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers to the Chamber of Deputies from the National Congress.

In this context, we made an analysis of the political situation, the relation between the Congress and the Executive Power, in addition to other relevant issues discussed in the presentation.
